The program EUROPEAN TABLE – TRADITION, MODERNITY, QUALITY is aimed at promotion of European fresh, chilled or frozen meat and its derivatives, including fresh, chilled or frozen beef (e.g. collar, sirloin), veal (e.g. neck, sirloin), and pork (e.g. collar, loin, sirloin, porkshoulder, porkshank, ham) as well as meat products which are produced in compliance with EU and domestic trade standards.
